Good morning!
I just wanted to say thank you for making our first day drop-off with Devon very easy. As you all know, handing off a baby is one of the hardest things a first-time (or any-time, I’d imagine) mom can do, but you all made it very relaxed and stress-free.
Brett and I are very happy to have found Executive Baby.

Fitness Fun
Rachel Huelbig will begin exercise classes at the park, beginning again in September. More details will follow.
Picture Perfect
In September, Slayton Photographers will be returning for our annual school portraits. Parents are able to purchase the photos of their children. We will send out details as we receive them from the photographer.
Transitions
Transitions will occur the last week of August. Parents will then begin to drop their child in their new classrooms after Labor Day. I have put notices in the bag/cubbies of the children that will be moving. Please contact Deidre for detailed information.
Sign in Sign Out!
Please remember to sign your child in and out of their classroom. Sign in sheets are located in your child’s classroom. J
Immunizations
As your child receives immunizations, please ask your pediatrician for a copy of the updated record to keep on file with us. Sometimes children have had the necessary shots, and I have no record on file. The town and state requires that all records be up to date. J
Important Notice to Parents on the Infant Floor
Parents are permitted in the infant floor classrooms only during drop off and pick up. Due to safety reasons, we do not allow parents to enter the kitchen or crib room. Please notify Deidre or Laurie only, if there are changes in your infants schedule.

Please do not give this code to anyone including family and friends. This is to help ensure the safety of your children.
Running Late ?
If you arrive after 6:15 pm to pick up your child, there is a $1.00 per minute late fee. Please pay this fee directly to our employees on the infant floor. Employees leave the facility at 6:30 pm. We do not offer extended care after this time.
Reminders
Tuition is due the 1st of each month. If your tuition is received after the 5th there will be an additional 5% late fee. After the 10th of the month, there is a 10% late fee. If tuition is not paid by the 15th, we can no longer hold your child’s spot. Tuition Reminder notices are placed in your child’s cubby/bag on the 4th of each month. This serves as an additional reminder to help you avoid having to pay a late fee each month.All tuition checks should be handed in to the office. Please try to avoid leaving your checks in bags or with the head teachers. This helps to avoid missing or lost checks. J

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful environment that you have provided for my daughter over the past two years. First and foremost, I truly appreciate all the accommedations that have been made to keep Ava safe. I realize that her food allergies made more work for your staff, still, they did everything with a smile reassuring me that it was no trouble at all. Each Morning Ava jumps out of the car and runs to the front door. She cannot wait to get inside to see what fun things she will be doing that day. I watched her grow and learn in so many ways becasue of your program but most importantly I have seen how happy she is to be there. I know that she will miss you all so much! If all works as planned, Ava and her little sister may be back next September.
Our daughter started with Executive Baby when she was 12 weeks old. As a new mother it is always difficult to leave your child but Executive Baby “felt right.” The staff is amazing - happy, loving and willing to do anything to make your child feel at home and adjust. When we drop our daughter off in the morning she is happy to see her caregivers - it really is a stress free day because we know we found the BEST day care provider that we could. We honestly could not be happier with Executive Baby.
Our daughter has been attending executive baby for 2 and half years. The care is first rate and the extras (music, gymboree) are nice too. Most importantly when I pick her up at the end of the day it is very evident that she has had a great time and was very well cared for. The new improvements to the decor and the addition of the website are great but the incredible staff is what makes this place stand out.
