Safety Reminder

Parking Lot Policy

Parents may use the front lot up until 9:00 am for drop off, and late night pick up if spots are available. There is also plenty of street parking too J The back lot is reserved for employees only J

Labeling

Please be sure to label all of your children’s items in every classroom, including socks and shoes. If you are bringing food for your child, please label with breakfast, lunch or snack. All baby bottles must be labeled with the date, contents, and child’s name. Bottle labeling is a very important state regulation!

Contact Information Updates

If any of your contact information has changed, please stop by the office or email us with the changes so we can update our files.

Immunizations

All children 6 months to 5 years old that attend daycare in NJ are required to receive a flu shot between September and December 31rst. Please remember, each time your child receives any immunizations, you must give the office a copy to ensure your child is up to date in our files. The State of NJ is now imposing fines for all children that are deficient with their immunizations.

 

Tuition Due Date

Your child’s tuition is due on the 1^st of each month. Late charges will start accruing after the 3rd of the month. If the 3^rd falls on a weekend tuition must be received the Friday before. It is very important to keep your white tuition slips in a safe place for tax purposes. Our tax ID # is located in the top right corner of the slip. If you are going to be away when tuition is due, you must pay your child’s tuition in advance. If you are paying your tuition through our online link, it must be reveived by the 1^st. If the 1^st falls on a weekend or holiday it must be paid the Friday before. 

Meal Plan

The monthly fee for the meal plan is $48. You have the option to opt in or out at anytime. We provide Pizza for ALL the children on Fridays even if you are not enrolled in our lunch program.

 

Sick Policy

If your child has a fever, they must be fever free for 24 hours before returning to daycare. Please do not send your child to school if they have a temperature of 101 and above. This is a sign of illness/infection. Also, if your child has a communicable disease, you must notify the office immediately. A note from a health care provider will be needed in order for your child to return to school.
